Know of any good TV Antennas?

I am dropping my Time warner service to save some money. Can Anyone recommend Tv antenna (indoor preferably) HD or any that catches more than several channels?? I have a big box RCA HD 52 monitor TV Also if this helps I live in South Austin, so best antenna direction

Any good antenna will work for you. It does not have to be a “HD” antenna to provide a digital signal. The antenna does not recognize digital nor analog, it just provides an input. If you should have an old antenna in your attic, connect it. You will be surprised on what you get.

Having said that, you must keep in mind that digital signals will not travel as far an analog. Old analog signal were good at 100 miles, however you will not get a digital signal 60 miles away in most locations. But Line of sight is not right. I live over 25 miles from my local transmitters and I get full digital signal strengths on all my channels. I do however have a 25 year old antenna in my attic. My analog signals suck, however my digital signal is crystal clear. That is one positive thing about digital signals. You either get a good signal or you get nothing.
