Why does my LCD TV take a while to turn on?
Just a couple days ago my 40 inch Samsung LCD TV has been taking a while to turn on. Actually I that click sound that it turns on then I hear it again and turns off. It keeps doing that for about 3-4 minutes.
Sounds like there’s a problem on the power board somewhere. New TV’s have all kinds of protection and fail safe systems in them to protect the TV’s expensive and vital areas from damage. You’ll have to take it in for repair or call the manufacturer. Hopefully it’s nothing to expensive.
